Our New Wines

Three Wines, One Family: A Toast to Maméto & Papéto
At Deux Chevaux, everything begins with family.
Not just in the vineyard, but around the table. In the laughter that echoes through Sunday lunches, in the quiet strength passed down from generation to generation, and in the stories told with a glass in hand.
This year, we’re proud to introduce three new wines that honour our roots - and the people who shaped us.
Maméto Blanc
Fresh, floral, and full of light — Maméto Blanc is inspired by Camille’s grandmother, whose quiet resilience is matched only by her warmth. At 93, she still joins the grape harvest with a twinkle in her eye and a heart full of tradition.
This white is gentle but not shy - just like Maméto. Notes of citrus blossom and stone fruit give way to a soft minerality, perfect for sharing on a sun-drenched afternoon. It’s a wine that brings people together, often before the food even hits the table.
Maméto Rosé
Elegant, joyful, and effortlessly charming, Maméto Rosé carries the spirit of summer all year round. It’s the wine of memory - of pink skies, clinking glasses, and stories that start with “Remember when…”
Crafted for easy afternoons and long conversations, this rosé is a celebration of time well spent. Dry, crisp, and beautifully balanced, it reminds us that the best moments are rarely rushed.
Papéto Rouge
Where Maméto brings grace, Papéto brings depth. Named for Camille’s grandfather, Papéto Rouge is bold, earthy, and full of character. It’s the kind of red that holds its own - much like the man himself.
This is a wine made for slow-cooked meals, for the stories that need time to unfold. Notes of black fruit, spice, and a hint of woodsmoke give it richness without heaviness - the perfect companion to a crackling fire or a lively debate at the end of dinner.
They’re Part Of The Family
These aren’t just new bottles. They’re tributes. To love, to legacy, to the people who taught us to care - for the land, for the craft, and for each other.
So whether you open a Maméto or a Papéto, you’re not just pouring a glass of wine.
You’re raising one to family.
